Chandran said that we will join me for Sri Harish’s wedding. I started from my house at 8:40 AM. Since it was a Sunday, there was not much traffic. I reached command hospital @ 8:50 AM. Got a normal bus ( not volvo ) and reached Marthahalli bridge at 9:15 AM. I was charged 19 Rs.

Met Chandran and then we crossed to the other side and caught 500 bus. Payed 60 Rs and got down at silk board. It took about 35 minutes. The bus goes straight as shown in the picture with the red arrow. So you need to walk towards your left and go until the flyover ends, which is the bus stop.

If there are less people you can board even Salem buses. The conductor won’t allow if there are lot of people in the bus stand – they don’t want to loose the seat. In that case wait until you get Hosur, Krishnagiri bus comes. Boarded the bus, paid Rs 55 and the journey took about 45 minutes and we reached Hosur bus stand at 10:40 AM. Had breakfast at a vegeterian Hotel – Masala dosa. It was good. Cost 60 Rs. I believe the hotel name was either Saravana Bhavan or Anantha Bhavan.

From there we took at auto, almost 4 kms, 120 Rs.

On my way back, I got down at Madiwala, took about 45 minutes ( due to less traffic ofcourse ) Paid 45 Rs in Tamil Nadu local bus. The charge is same even if I get down at Silk board or even at Town hall.

While come back, the bus was stopped at the following places : Bommasandra, Electronic city, Silk board, Madiwala and Town Hall
