Why another photo site ?

This site is not about me. This is about you. Yes,  you the reader. I am talking to you.

I have encountered several photo blogs very little information about the actual photo taking process. This site tries to give you in depth knowledge about how each photo was taken and help you in improving your photography. Links on the top give you additaional guidance on taking better photographs and as well tips for people stepping into photography. I sincerely hope this information will be useful to you.

How did you get into photography ?

I loved clicking photos since I was a kid, on my mother’s film based point and shoot camera. I believe it was a Konica and then a Kodak camera.

My mother was a big inspiration for me. Since the 80s she had a camera and clicked photos. Thanks to her, me and my bro has amazing photos of our child hood and some great moments in our lives captured on paper. This inspired me to learn photography, so that I could capture the best moments in our lives in the best possible way for years to come. Moreover as a medium of expression, photography amazed with its capabilities of capturing and painting with light.

What kind of gear do you own ?

I have a Nikon 3100 camera and some accessories which you can find in my ‘Items that I have‘ page

Can anyone become a photographer ?

I believe if you love sharing what your eyes see and if you find beauty even in the smallest things around you, you have all the necessary talent to become a photographer
